WHY WE START
There was a time when social services were seen as merely re-distribution of resources from privileged to disadvantages, the able to the disabled. As the community developed, the social problem becomes more complex and complicated. The paradigm has shifted to be a more sustainable, empowering and strength oriented perspective. Social services have to be more inclusive, accessible and diversity friendly through co-creation process. This is not an easy task, but our vision is to help organizations and the service leader to make it happen through proposal refinement, executive coaching and management workshops. The IMPACT we try to make help NGOs, local and worldwide achieve their goal by improving the competency and speeding up the transition to visible growth.
